“El Decreto 475/2021 visibilizó fuertemente el valor que tiene el tiempo destinado a las tares de crianza de los hijos y a su cuidado. Sin embargo, al pensar en las tareas de cuidado también sería conveniente incluir los quehaceres domésticos y cuidados brindados a otros integrantes del grupo familiar, por ejemplo: adultos mayores, familiares con discapacidad o que atraviesan enfermedades que requieren asistencia y cuidados durante un período de tiempo considerable. La Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación dictó dos fallos vinculados a esta temática que nos invitan a reflexionar sobre el valor de las tareas de cuidado, teniendo en cuenta las garantías constitucionales y los principios amparados en los tratados internacionales tendientes a la protección integral de la familia, y a la igualdad y no discriminación entre hombres y mujeres.” |
