Este trabajo pretende presentar la situación actual del federalismo argentino tras la reforma de 1994, analizando, por un lado, si se ha cumplido con la finalidad de fortalecerlo, y, por otro, estudiando la potestad de las provincias de conformar regiones y celebrar acuerdos, competencias que fueron agregadas con la reforma, demostrando que tales competencias resultar de suma importancia para garantizar la vigencia del Estado federal.<br/> |
