| Formatted contents note | Con fecha 15/11/2021 el Senado y la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina sancionaron la ley 27.652 "Estrategia integral para fortalecer las trayectorias educativas afectadas por la pandemia por COVID-19".<br/><br/>Se trata de una ley que se plantea como objeto una estrategia integral para garantizar el derecho a la educación ante situaciones que impactan en la continuidad de las trayectorias escolares de las niñas, niños, adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos del Sistema Educativo Nacional. Es decir que busca abordar las problemáticas educativas que surgieron con motivo de la pandemia y/o profundizadas por esta; para promover el derecho la continuidad de las trayectorias escolares y garantizar la terminalidad de los estudios de los niveles obligatorios en todas sus modalidades. |
