En el presente trabajo se analizarán los aspectos más importantes del instituto de la Compensación Económica, introducida como nueva figura jurídica en nuestro país con la reforma del Código Civil y Comercial que entró en vigencia en el año 2015.<br/>La importancia de ahondar en dicho estudio trae luz en cuanto a la naturaleza de la misma y ciertas confusiones que surgen en la práctica forense a la hora de canalizar los reclamos que la misma suscita. |
