El autor aborda el análisis de la figura del femicidio, incorporada a nuestro ordenamiento mediante Ley 26791, resaltando la imperiosa necesidad de que la justicia actúe con perspectiva de género frente a estos casos -independientemente del hallazgo del cuerpo de la víctima- y que este tipo delictivo sea imprescriptible, de modo que las víctimas no sean castigadas dos veces: con el crimen y con la impunidad del victimario. |
